Prenatal Yoga

Join me for empowering Prenatal Yoga classes designed to support you throughout your pregnancy. My classes focus on a balanced combination of strength and flexibility, helping you feel strong, open, and connected to your changing body.

Each session includes gentle yet effective movement, meditation, and breathwork (Pranayama) to cultivate relaxation, inner balance, and awareness—essential tools for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

I recommend joining from week 12 of pregnancy (12th SSW) onwards, always in consultation with your doctor or midwife. As a mother myself, I practiced yoga throughout my pregnancy and deeply understand the joys and challenges of this special time. My approach is individualized, ensuring that I address your personal needs, discomforts, and energy levels with care and attention.

Postnatal Yoga

Gently reconnect with your body and regain strength after birth in my Postnatal Yoga classes. Each session is designed to support your recovery, focusing on full-body strengthening, mobility, and relaxation. We address key areas such as the core, pelvic floor, shoulders, and back, while also being mindful of birth injuries and any discomforts you may have.

You are welcome to join from 12 weeks postpartum, always in consultation with your doctor or midwife. You can bring your baby (up to crawling age) or take this time just for yourself.

Beyond movement, my classes also provide space for deep relaxation—especially for those experiencing sleepless nights. While this practice supports your postnatal recovery, it does not replace a traditional postpartum course led by a midwife.

This is your time to recharge, reconnect, and feel strong in your body again.

OPEN Vinyasa Flow

My Vinyasa Flow classes are open to all levels—you can join anytime! Each session is a dynamic and creative journey, focusing on different themes and movement patterns to keep your practice inspiring and evolving.

I love designing flowing sequences that offer variations for every energy level and experience, so you can move in a way that feels right for you. Every class integrates Pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and intention-setting, creating a holistic practice that nurtures both body and mind.

Expect hands-on and verbal assists to support your alignment and deepen your experience—always with care and respect for your personal practice.

Come as you are, move with intention, and explore your practice in a space where creativity, strength, and mindfulness come together.

Business Yoga
