Hi, I’m Nadine—a certified yoga instructor based in Berlin. My yoga journey started in 2012 during my undergraduate studies. At first, it was purely physical—I wasn’t searching for anything deeper. In fact, my very first encounter with yoga was… pretty awkward. I walked into an Ashtanga class where everyone was breathing in Ujjayi and making strange sounds. I had no idea what was going on and couldn’t help but laugh. It felt like I  had stumbled into some kind of strange performance. But for some reason, I kept coming back.

Over time, yoga became more than just movement. As I traveled and lived in different places, it turned into a steady companion—something that grounded me and gave me a sense of connection wherever I was. On the road, I fell in love with Vinyasa Flow. And years later, when I moved to Berlin, a friend from my dance days introduced me to Jivamukti Yoga. That was the moment I truly felt: this is what my body, heart, and soul need.

In 2018, while going through a quiet life crisis—struggling with panic attacks and questioning my career and life choices—I began my first teacher training. Yoga helped me reconnect with myself and rediscover happiness. I’ve never stopped practicing since.

After becoming a mother in 2024, I expanded my focus to include pre- and postnatal yoga, while continuing to explore different styles and approaches. I believe learning never stops.

Movement has always been my way of connecting with myself. From my early years as a dedicated dance enthusiast to my work today as a yoga teacher, I’ve felt the transformative power of mindful movement. With a background in special education (B.A.), I value working with people from all walks of life and creating a space where everyone feels welcome, seen, and safe.
